    CHECK OUT VLO today. Confirmed Break out , but I'm having trouble trusting the MKTS long here.

    Yesterday I watched AVD breaking upward in a BIG DOWN DAY, and today the follow-thru is good with high volume.

      I think your view on lift and harder sell off is in play for the markets. Sell the rips.
